When life takes it out of you, let massage put it back in. Melody is a graduate of the Hesser College Massage Therapy Program, of Portsmouth, NH. She is nationally certified, state licensed, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Her goal is to educate people about the healing aspect of touch, using therapeutic massage for health maintenance. It's a program you can enjoy, as you become aware of what your body is physically telling you, and stresses that massage is for everyone no matter what your age.
She offers neuromuscular bodywork as well as Swedish relaxation and prenatal sessions tailored according to each client. She integrates hot stones into sessions for a more enhanced effect on muscular relaxation. Her linens are cleaned with detergent free of perfumes and dyes for consideration to those that have allergies and although it is a woman’s fitness center, sessions are available for both women and men.
Each session will begin with a brief inquiry that will blend your history, and current needs to create a massage that is as unique as you are.
