A variety of exercise modalities including classes are utilized at our facility to produce positive results.
Treadmills, ellipticals, crosstrainers and bicycles contribute cardiovascular fitness and total caloric burn. Spinning programs are available for total body conditioning.
The circuit training utilizes stacked weights at ten individual stations to maximize strengthening and toning of major muscle groups, a great way to prevent osteoporosis. This type of lifting routine raises metabolism by increasing lean muscle mass, which contributes significantly to healthy weight loss.
A designated area for functional training has been created for stretching, flexibility, and free weights. This space is also structured to facilitate complete abdominal workouts.
