Spinning programs are available for total body conditioning.

The circuit training utilizes stacked weights at ten individual stations to maximize strengthening of major muscle groups, a great way to prevent osteoporosis.

A designated area for functional training has been created for stretching, flexibility, free weights and classes. This space is also structured to facilitate complete abdominal workouts.
